About Yossi Meyer

I am a clinically trained psychologist, originally from Australia and now based in Tel Aviv, where I offer evidence-based sessions both in person and online.

I have experience across a range of clinical settings, including psychiatric hospitals, community mental health clinics, and private practice. I support individuals experiencing anxiety and panic disorders, depression and other mood difficulties, low self-esteem, body image concerns, interpersonal difficulties, personality-related challenges, and adjustment issues related to life changes and transitions. I also work with people navigating stress, emotional dysregulation, and patterns of repetitive negative thinking that affect day-to-day functioning and wellbeing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practice to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
